"The Queue Was Absolute Chaos"
I felt like I was stuck in line for an eternity. The queue information was all over the place, even the staff seemed confused about what was going on. It turned into this whole dramatic waiting saga when it really should’ve been simple.
"Not the best spot for families"
It didn’t feel very family-friendly to me. We took the kids expecting a nice day out, but it ended up being more stressful than fun. There just wasn’t much in the way of help or little comforts for families, and I kind of got the feeling they don’t really plan with children in mind, though I could be wrong. Maybe it’s more geared toward adults or couples. Either way, we left feeling a bit disappointed and probably wouldn’t rush back.

"Booking Tickets Was Hit or Miss"
I tried booking tickets, the whole process was kind of a pain. The site was slow, a bit confusing to navigate, and the payment page even made me start over once. It might work fine for some people, but for me it was definitely hit or miss. I expected it to be a lot smoother.

"Decent, but I wasn’t totally convinced"
I visited recently and the toilets were okay, nothing awful, but they were busy and could’ve been cleaner. They did the job, but I did find myself wondering how often they’re actually checked. Not terrible by any means, just very average overall...

"Helpful service despite my awkward timing"
I had to get in touch with Mayflower about a question on my booking, and of course I managed to do it at the worst possible time. Totally my bad timing, but the person who replied still got back to me quickly and was really helpful.
They explained everything clearly and didn’t make me feel silly for asking, which I appreciated. It was all nice and easy with no fuss, and I’d happily use them again.
"Easy to Use and Stress-Free"
I found mayflower.org.uk really easy to use. The pages loaded smoothly, the text was clear, and I didn’t have any trouble finding the booking information I needed. It also worked well on my phone, which made things even more convenient. It’s nice to come across an accessible site that doesn’t make simple tasks feel complicated. Overall, I came away feeling relieved and happy with the experience.

"Sound was better than I expected"
I went to a show and assumed the sound might be either way too loud or kind of muffled from where we were sitting, but I was wrong. The singing and music came through really clearly, and it never felt overwhelming. Ended up having a really good time.
"Great Service Even When Busy"
The bar staff were really friendly and quick, even once the place started getting busy. if the service had been slow I probably would’ve left and gone somewhere else, but they kept things moving and it ended up being a really nice start to the night.
"Seats were okay, but I’d be careful on longer trips"
The seats were a bit cramped, but not unbearable. I managed fine, though I’d probably avoid booking them for a long ride if I wanted to make sure I stayed comfortable.
"Nice venue, but a bit quiet when we visited"
We went for a show there last weekend, and overall it was okay. The building itself is really nice, and the staff we dealt with that evening were perfectly fine. I just felt like the atmosphere was a little flat when we arrived and stayed quiet throughout the night. Maybe it depends on the event or the day, but on the night we went, it didn’t have much of a buzz or warmth to it

"Easy refund, no hassle"
I ordered the wrong size and initially thought about exchanging it, but then I went with my gut and decided to just get a refund instead. The whole process was really straightforward, no back-and-forth emails or annoying delays. The money came back quicker than I expected too. it all felt easy and trustworthy.

"Looks decent, but not the easiest to use"
To be fair, the site looks okay at first, and I can tell some effort went into it. But using it felt clunky for me. Pages were slower to load than I expected, and finding basic information took more clicks than it really should. I don’t think it’s terrible, but the overall experience could definitely be smoother

"Felt safe the whole time"
I started using it around March, or maybe it was late February, and it felt secure from the beginning. I didn’t have to stress or worry much, which was exactly what I wanted.

"Decent night out, but nothing amazing"
Booked a show through Mayflower Theatre it was okay! The actors were really good and the music sounded lovely in parts, but a few scenes just felt a bit flat... and dragged on longer than I expected. Our seats were fine, not the greatest view, but still watchable. Overall, I had a nice evening, just not something I’d be rushing to tell everyone about. 3 stars feels about right.

"I signed up for the membership thinking..."
I signed up for the membership thinking the perks would actually make a difference, but it felt like a bit of a rip-off. The discounts were tiny, and the supposedly better seats were either already gone or barely any cheaper.
The priority booking was the biggest joke. It didn’t feel priority at all, more like some fake VIP label slapped on a useless package.
Maybe it’s fine for people who go constantly, but for someone like me who only visits now and then, it just wasn’t worth paying extra for. I definitely won’t be renewing...

"Parking Was a Nightmare"
The place was okay, but parking took forever. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that it would be easy or at least organized, because it really wasn’t. By the time I finally got parked, I was already frustrated.

"Getting there was easy, leaving was the annoying part"
Took the bus there it was straightforward. The stop wasn’t too far away, so no complaints on that part. After the show though, wow, it got busy fast. Everyone trying to leave at the same time is always a bit of a mess, like can we please form some kind of system? Still, I got home fine in the end, so it wasn’t a big deal. 4 stars.

"Really relaxed visit"
I had a really good time. The seats were comfy and the staff were just really friendly. Even the interval was easy, with drinks ready quickly and the queues moving faster than I expected. The whole visit just felt relaxed, and I’d happily go again.
